This public page provides a deletion path even if you no longer have either mobile app installed.

Sign in with the account you want to delete, open Account settings, enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm permanent deletion.
Cannot sign in?
Email us from the address on the account and request deletion. We may verify ownership before completing the request.

Deletion revokes VPN credentials and removes the account and identifying data. Limited financial records may remain anonymized where required. It does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel that separately in the relevant store settings.
