ScribeZero Terms of Use

By downloading or using ScribeZero (com.altixcode.scribezero) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ScribeZero on devices you own or control, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Advanced features are unlocked by a single, one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The unlock is tied to your Apple or Google account and can be restored on any device signed in to that account using the Restore Purchases button.

Prices are shown in your local currency inside the app before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue a refund for a store purchase directly.

You keep all rights to the files you process. Because everything happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping your own backups, and for making sure you have the right to process the material you use with ScribeZero.

ScribeZero is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will meet any particular external requirement or standard.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of ScribeZero is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This licence ends if you stop using the app or breach these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling ScribeZero.
