These terms govern your use of HushTunnel accounts, apps, service credit, subscriptions, and secure tunnel service. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and local law
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. VPN availability and permitted uses differ by location. You are responsible for using HushTunnel only where and how it is lawful.
The service and encryption boundary
HushTunnel creates an encrypted tunnel between your device and the selected tunnel endpoint. Traffic after that endpoint is protected only when the destination uses its own encryption, such as HTTPS. HushTunnel does not promise anonymity, a specific virtual location, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every network or destination.
Acceptable use
Do not use HushTunnel to attack systems, distribute malware or spam, commit fraud, exploit children, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade lawful sanctions, interfere with the service, resell without authorization, or engage in activity prohibited by applicable law.
Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate information, protect passwords and tunnel credentials, and tell us promptly about suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity through credentials you control. We may rotate or revoke compromised credentials to protect users and infrastructure.
Store subscriptions
In-app subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google at the price and period shown before purchase. They renew automatically unless canceled in the relevant store account before renewal. The store controls billing, taxes, renewal timing, refunds, and payment methods. Restore Purchases restores eligible store entitlements.
Service credit and transfers
HushTunnel account balances are limited-purpose service credit, not a bank account, investment, deposit, electronic-money account, or cash equivalent. Credit may be used only for eligible HushTunnel services and supported transfers between HushTunnel accounts. It cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Except where law or store policy requires otherwise, used or transferred credit is final. Fraudulent or reversed purchases may produce a negative balance or suspension.
Cancellation, refunds, and deletion
Cancel an auto-renewing subscription in Apple or Google settings. Deleting your HushTunnel account does not cancel the store subscription. Account deletion immediately revokes access, removes identifying account data, and forfeits unused wallet and service; limited accounting records remain anonymized. Refund requests are handled under applicable law and the store's rules.
Resellers
Resellers must have authority to create and manage customer accounts, protect customer credentials, describe plans and prices accurately, and follow privacy, consumer-protection, sanctions, and other applicable laws. Resellers may not promise rights or service levels beyond these terms.
Availability and changes
Networks, endpoints, speeds, protocols, and features may change for security, reliability, legal, or operational reasons. Maintenance, third-party outages, blocking, congestion, and events outside our control may interrupt service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for unlawful use, abuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or material breach. We will use proportionate measures and notice where practicable and lawful. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Service disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HushTunnel is provided as available without guarantees that it will be error-free, unblock a particular service, prevent every leak or attack, or meet every purpose. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HushTunnel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by unlawful use, third-party networks, destinations, stores, or events beyond reasonable control. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Intellectual property and software licenses
HushTunnel names, visual assets, website content, and proprietary service components are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. These terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.
Governing terms and consumer rights
Applicable mandatory law and non-waivable consumer protections continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material changes will be dated and communicated through the app or service where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
