HushTunnelCore Privacy Commitment: Strict Zero-Logs
HushTunnel is engineered from the ground up as a privacy-first, zero-logging network. We do not record, monitor, store, or share your browsing history, traffic destinations, DNS queries, or transferred payloads.
1. Information We Do NOT Collect
When you connect to the HushTunnel proxy or VPN network via our iOS, Android, macOS, or desktop clients:
- Zero Browsing Logs: We do not log the websites you visit, apps you use, or online services you access.
- Zero Traffic Content: We never inspect, intercept, or record packet contents or payloads.
- Zero DNS Logs: All DNS lookups are resolved transiently through encrypted, private upstream servers without persistent logging.
- Zero Connection Timestamps & IP Mapping: We do not keep historical logs matching your originating IP address with edge server session connections.
2. Information We Collect & How It Is Used
We collect only the minimal data strictly necessary to provision and maintain your account:
Account Credentials
Your email address and cryptographic password hash (bcrypt / argon2) to authenticate you across web and mobile apps.
Subscription Traffic Quota
Total aggregated bytes uploaded/downloaded during your billing period to enforce plan limits and prevent network congestion.
3. Encryption & Security Architecture
All client-to-server traffic is encrypted using modern state-of-the-art cryptographic suites:
- VLESS REALITY & TLS 1.3: Disguises proxy handshakes within genuine TLS certificates (e.g. ML-KEM and X25519) to resist Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and active probing.
- Isolated Edge Nodes: Node-level synchronization distributes dynamic tokens without storing identifiable subscriber profiles on remote edge proxies.
4. Third-Party Services & Payments
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information. Payment transactions are handled through decentralized cryptocurrency networks or secure payment processors. HushTunnel does not store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or private crypto keys.
5. User Rights & Permanent Account Deletion
In full compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, Google Play User Data Policies, and international privacy regulations (GDPR & CCPA):
You may request immediate and permanent deletion of your account and all associated subscriptions and credentials directly from your account settings, or by emailing support@hushtunnel.com. Upon confirmation, all account data is purged permanently from our database within 24 hours.
6. Children's Privacy
HushTunnel does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for removal.
